Rafting in the shadow of  the Holy rocks

With the Holy Meteora in the back ground you can go rafting through the water of Ionas. Ionas is a side stream of the river Pineos, difficulty considered between 1 or 2 degrees. The distance is around 8 km, a interesting sport for all ages.

In the area you can find schools which teach the necessary information.

The sport takes place from September to June.
