Fountain of Kastania
You can find a stone fountain and pavillion for visitors to rest. The area is surrounded by chestnut and other trees with an abundance of fresh water giving a beauty to the area. The forest of the mountain (1.845m) is surrounded by chestnuts. It was visited by King George 1st in 1881 and from then is called “ the King forest” . Its different peaks [Krunes or Stemma (1.239m), Morava (1930m) and Hioli (1.970m)] being of particular beauty.
